weird Ping issue in EU DC

I'm on light and when i ping the server im getting weird results which dont seem to reflect my in game experince

3 * * * Request timed out. - this is consistent no matter what, seems to be a node that cant be traced

Whats strange is

1) I'm getting no packet loss

2) my ingame experince is fine outside of dungeons, and today i had no lag in my dungeons but when pinging i could have up 200+ ping, my avg before this was 31ms

3) the issue here seems nearly entirely on Squares end.

is any solution for this possible?
