It was meant to be a tongue in cheek thread, and I didn't mean to rile people up. Sorry about that.

Seems funny to me.., Course if it's that much of an issue then yes..,
<seeing some reactions, then yes, you can't even let accidents or jokes go by..,>
but nonetheless.., we as players know that isn't the case and those who would think as such need to get checked for assuming bad of others..,

Um what? I'm sorry but you're over reacting. Seriously if you're that nervous about accidentally hitting your n key instead of your b key then you have bigger problems. Almost any time these use say people forget to use capitalization or to put it into/say chat. How often are you worried you might make that kind of oops any of time you need to type the word Bigger?

Or you can look at the chat prompt before you press enter to ensure that you've typed it in with a B.
really dude ? lmao
talk about priorities, maybe just dont use the N key and instead use the B, woop dee doo I fixed it for you
This thread says more about the OP than the quest. Just saying.
"Ooooooh. Oh nAggers...of course. Naggers." - Randy Marsh, South Park, on Wheel of Fortune when he froze up on the final puzzle missing only the A.
I mean, typos and mistakes happen. Who cares? Humans aren't perfect, and expecting people to be is silly. If people are doing it maliciously, it'll be obvious. If they aren't, then who cares?
Ideally so; this is more of an enforcement paradigm problem.
While you'd expect that a moderator might take into account things like this, that is assuming that it's actually reviewed by a human moderator at all; oftentimes, language is something that's checked automatically with a robotic filter (I am fairly sure that even FFXIV does this, as I've known people who got suspended for foul language and this tends to happen unusually rapidly after the report compared to most offenses), and that robotic filter is extremely unlikely to either be able to tell apart intent nor to grant the slightest mercy particularly for that particular word in these times.
Worse, I'd also expect (based on actual experience during my time on Lamia in particular) that an actual racist (who would've used the word intentionally) is overwhelmingly likely to simply return with a new account and continue to spew. An innocent player in such circumstances is almost certainly just as overwhelmingly likely to quit the game altogether.
So ... it's ... something of at least a small amount of concern maybe? But likely not something I'd have thought about if someone else hadn't mentioned it.
That said, I can't imagine making that typo myself, certainly not on a PC keyboard. (I did almost once accidentally do it on my phone on the other hand, since I'm a hella lot less dexterous with the small touchscreen keyboard. That was a nervous moment, both between how my FC might've reacted and it being Discord, I wouldn't be surprised if it could've resulted in a sudden and permanent end of my account, too ...)
