This is just internet being internet, you're either on side of the extreme or the other. In the end, Yoshi is great guy, but has flaws just like everyone. Problem is that some people have the need to white knight him to make him seem perfect, same goes for FFXIV - I saw some people say that "yeah, even performance mode has some stutters, but back in ma' day, we were grateful for 20-30fps". People just really like to take sides and amp it to the extreme.
