It's not trolling. This guy posts a lot on the forums for no other reason but to be argumentative and aggressive towards anyone criticizing the game and flip things around on technicalities using bad analogies like he's some sort of politician. Just ignore it.

I'd say it partially is. If part of their intention is to get a rise out of someone and to goad them into saying something that's against forum rules I'd say that crosses into trolling territory. It's not as blatant as trolling by parroting memes and being outright obnoxious, but instead it's a more refined type of trolling. They're looking to get under people's skin, that way if someone does go off on them they can now use that as ammo by saying "See??! the FFXIV critics are unhinged lunatics! Look how angry they are!" Part of their schtick is to create the illusion that FFXIV critics are unreasonable and belligerent so they can have an easier time dismissing criticism of the game.

The way some people are trying to diminish the value of housing and their level of stubbornness here is truly astonishing.

You look like little kindergarten kids flailing around in a tantrum, refusing to acknowledge in any way that some people hold value in housing, and how losing their house is an actually big deal to them.

It's nothing but petty and disgusting arrogance, how you try to diminish people's appreciation & valuing of it.

No one here is doing that. If anyone is looking how you describe its the people claiming theyre being forced to do something n throwing out false labels when they don't agree with people. Everyone n their mother knows housing is valuable, but people act like it's a do or die situation. Like the world ends if they lose a home. That's not healthy especially over something that's virtual and really only costs 15$ every month and a half.

I say this, feel however you want to feel about your home. I'm right there with you. But for all the complaints about the system (rightfully so) SE is getting your money. I'm wiling to say Yoshi Ps statement about leaving n playing something can be bs to you. It's not bs to me and I'll leave when I want and for how long I so choose.

I wanted to go back to something I saw mentioned earlier. I saw some comments about not knowing what is being built up to in the story. But consider this for a moment. Isn't this a good thing? We aren't sure where they're going to take things. We don't know how they might shake things up. Instead of having things run on a fairly predictable path, anything could happen. I find that intriguing at the very least.

It can be good or bad depending on how a plot is handled, or if the payoff was worth it in the end. At this point, all we can really do is wait for the payoff, because they haven't been giving us much to go on in the most recent MSQ patches.

I kinda like that. I can't really tell what's going to happen and it's rather exciting.

I just hope that we get to visit the "new world" across the Indigo Blue like Emet-Selch foreshadowed and get a chance to expand on Blue Mage lore + skills.

Most of my forum browsing or interaction is either when I’m eating food or on the way to work or before bed haha. I have plenty of bits to do in the game but there is bigger grinds in other games I’m having to speed through first and granted not as enjoyable.
