Yeah, I played around with it the other day. It constructs sentences very naturally but doesn’t actually *know* anything, which can reveal immediately if you discuss any subject that you know well. The funniest part of my own chat was when I criticized how it was wrong, like in the chat in your post. It just doubles back and BSs like a student who never read the chapter and is hoping for the best.
You don't even have to know something well to correct it. I asked if for book recommendation and it gave me a book and a synopsis. When I googled the book, I couldn't find any results with the author they named. When I asked where one could find/read the book, it apologized and gave a different author who did write a book with that title only for the book's synopsis to have nothing in common with the AI's, even the protagonist's name.
