Bard / Machinist Glamour switch glove problem

Is anyone else having a problem with switching glamours between bard and machinest ?

If I'm bard, and switch to machinist all of the glamours from my glamour plate change except for the gloves.

If I'm MCH and switch to bard, all of the glamours change except the damn gloves.

Anyone else have this annoying problem. It's been like this for a while now.

Check the class reqs on whatever you're using for the glamour. Generally the two share armor but if you're using Bard AF for the glamour it wouldn't change.

Which gloves do you have equipped, and which gloves do you have on each job's glamour plate?

On my Bard and Machinist I have abyssos gloves of aming.
For the glamour plates:
Bard has Hard Leather Armguards
MCH has Scions Liberator's Fingerless Gloves

I sometimes have problems like this with my tanks when I switch glamours outside a city, even though each job is linked to a distinct glamour plate and the pieces completely different. I seem to be able to avoid this issue by switching to another role in between (i.e. Drk->healer->War).

I also have something strange happen when I do frontlines and switch to my summoner: when I exit, my character has glamoured armpieces that give short sleeves with golden motives on the arms (from pvp vendor) I never even had in my inventory.

I just tried your technique by going from Bard, to Monk, to Mch and the MCH still gets the stupid Bard glamour. So annoying.

Stupid question, but you're certain you have the hand items equipped in the plates?

Of course. I don't believe you can put any other item in the hand slots.
