You don't want it, which is fine, and likely some other people share your viewpoint. Kindly don't assume that everyone shares that same opinion I've participated in exactly this type of PVP in other games and enjoyed it very much, and miss it somewhat in this game.

However, I knew that it wouldn't be available in this game whereas it was designed into those other games from the start of those games. I think it would be an interesting way to get more people into the open world if a hunts in a single specific area were designated to be in a PVP zone- SWTOR had a similar concept.
