Because me not being aware of what time is it while in the game is quite annoying and causes me to lose track of time, which leads to me not touching grass.

Click the click in the top right until it says LT". That's local time.
Or add timestamps to chat log. Or just look at a clock elsewhere.
Server time is Zulu time, for all data centers.
If you click the clock in the upper right corner it cycles between server, local, and in game time. You can also go into the settings menu and have it show multiple clocks at once.
If NA we are talking nope there none. They don't want to afford a east coast server due "of dividing the community", but for real they used to have on the East Coast. Back in days, it understanable due how not too big the game is, but now, it shouldn't be excuse. They need to introduce it. Idc if it Primal/Aether/Crystal or Dynamis server they have to move. They gotta do it.
OMG THANKS BASED VALKYRIE!
That's an interesting attitude, having played for years in another game where we had multiple East and West coast servers, until the population forced some server merges a few years later. During the approximately 5 years that we had servers on both coasts, all servers had members from both coasts and quite a few people would pay to transfer to join friend on any server ( we didn't have any cross server DF) to join their friends, statics or just try out a new server. If anything it was a bigger issue there since we had timed server events. If NA we are talking nope there none. I would reallly appreciate an East coast server, I don't think SE appreciates how our infrastructure and distance impacts us versus their experience.
People appear to believe that an East Coast server would have a different time frame than the current West Coast servers, even though all servers across the world are using Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). In reality, everything is keyed off of Japan Standard Time (JST). The weekly reset begins at 11 pm JST on Monday night, which is 6 am PST and 9 am EST.
The daily reset for many things (Beast Tribes, Roulettes, etc ...) is 12 am JST, which is 7 am PST and 10 am EST.
Don't even get me started on Daylight Savings Time. Japan does not change like most of North America does. 12 am JST is 8 am PDT and 11 am EDT.
It makes no difference what part of North America you inhabit -- the game reset occurs at a single point in time across the world.
Use Local Time to tell you how late your playing, and just remember 7 am PST/8 am PDT for the daily resets in North America. Unless you live in huge chunks of Arizona, for example.
And Remember Folks: Daylight Savings Time kicks in on Sunday, 12 March!
