Gear bags would be a pretty general thing, not just for DoL, of course. I'm not sure how close it would be to a mannequin system, honestly. I'm also not sure why SE would feel a need to call it something so complicated. Not to copy from WoW--I'm pretty sure hate the idea of carbon copies more than most if I had to guess--but gear sets worked just fine. All that can be done basically through revamped macros that don't give you a 'that slot is filled' error or the like when replacing the contents of a gear slot, if even that's necessary.

I'd still definitely keep all of those bombs as an option. I just wouldn't make them the baseline. If they're bombs, they should be bombs. Not wimpy little smokers or firecrackers -- though I would likely use firecrackers too! I'd like to reduce the number of abilities though. Having separate abilities for Stone Throw and the like aren't appealing to me. I'd much rather simply reach into my pouch that has maybe 5-7 items in it, because I put them there for this exact reason, pull out what I want with the immediate ability to use it in a logical manner (and maybe illogical through emotes(?)). I.e. I throw the stone and blow the horn and set the snare and not the other way around.

Still hoping we get moogles in 2.0...
"Get me my bag." "Kupo?" "Bag!" "Kupo..."

Not to suggest abuse of Moogles... I'd probably use them for mail anyways, or medium-range, between-party-members delivery. Have about 10 of them, characters in and of themselves, with building relationships with each... Ahh, that'd be fun...
