It really isn't clear to me what people are expecting, content-wise, from this game. I could pay $60 for an open-world game and still not even play a fraction of the time I would spend in just the content added on expansion day, let alone all of the patches that come out afterwards. It is a tall order to expect to be entertained for the last 15 months with all new content every time you login.

That's because no one is expecting the same thing yet most of them seem to think that SE should be catering to what they personally want.

Yes, it seems, that they have vastly overexaggerated it with "delivering the same over and over again". Many people seem not to be happy with this patch.

Can't blame SE when they can ignore the forums for "social media" and have plenty of "fans" who dismiss any criticism as trolling and whining. At this point we are in the beginning of the fall of WoW phase. Sorry you jumped in so late, but just sit back, crack a joke or two, and watch when people slowly go "What happened?" when "influencers" start telling others that the game is not a perfect 10/10. Yoshida really did want to copy WoW down to a fault! lol

As someone who reads and speaks Japanese, I can assure you that the JP community isn't very nice either. The difference is that they don't complain on the forums and that is reflected by how low the traffic is on that side of the site. They instead choose to voice their ire on 5ch and the stuff they say on there would make a sailor blush.

yes we was there from mid ShB. WOW take 2-3 expansions to get to where it is now.
