Step 3: Unlock Goldsmith.

Step 4: Unlock Alchemist.

Step 5: Level up Goldsmith and Alchemist to lvl 90.

Step 6: Create a pair of Potara Earrings.

Step 7: Have both subjects wear one of the pair of earring on opposite of the other subject's ear.

Step 8: Potara Fusion ensues.

Step 9: Hire Sidergu to rip a Moogle Pom off a Moogle's head.

Step 10: Buy super glue from the Sharlayn markcets and attach pom to fused Lalarruet's head.

Result: Huzzah, now you have an Ivalician Moogle!
