Thread: What do we take with us to version 2.0?

Hi,

I'm sure this has been stated somewhere before - but - what will carry over to v2.0?
Characters? Names? Job levels? Skills? Anything?
Do we get reserved character names?
Will we get to have our names go down in history or anything?

Anyone know or have any read anything to suggest what's going to happen?
Also, feel free to speculate - but it'd be best if you make it clear by marking it with SPECULATE.

Almost everything comes with us. It's more about what we don't get to keep or changes, which we so far know to be:

- Our current character's race/gender/appearance (we get a redesign opportunity).
- The current inventory space/inventory structure. Exact storage space will possibly reduced, but this would be offset by other alleviations, such as a mannequin system for different sets of gear.
- Anything specific to version 1.0 that you may have forgotten to pick up, so don't forget to get your gobbue horn for example, as the ability to obtain this will disappear.

With a little over two months until beta (supposedly) officialy starts, as a returning player it would be appreciated if SE pulled a list of content that will no longer be available after the severs go down.

On a limited play schedule, it would be nice to experience as much as possible of the old world before it succumbs to the aether.
