Garuda and Ifrit both have skills that are also use once until the next time. Only Titan has an ability you can repeat more than once and that's between their main attack charges. You only can only fester or painflare twice. After that you have to wait until energy drain or energy siphon are back up. Ruin IV only is available after the use of Energy Drain or Energy Siphon.
