    Samurai - Fuka Cast time Bugged?

    Fuka states that it will decrease Cast Time AND ReCast Time of all weapon skills.
    But it doesnt. Am i missing something? (I checked on the JP tooltip and my friend says it says the same)

    Iaijutsu has it's own trait at level 74 that reduces it from whatever Fuka brings it to, down to 1.3. It isn't bugged, the trait just applies after Fuka is applied.

    ogi namikiri doesnt have such a trait or?
    yet it behaves the same like Iaijutsu.

    I also expect a trait to be applied before a buff tbh.

    The trait is applied before the buff. However, the trait puts its cast time below the system-wide haste limit. People playing around with MNK+AST+SCH in 3.x discovered that no matter how much haste you have, anything that drops down to 1.5s or faster is immune to further cast or recast time reduction.

    Which is a good thing. I played an mmo without a speed cap and it was possible to attack 5 times per second with the right gear. It was broken as hell.
