They also pulled the Art director from XIV, and Sokken, and probably less prominent devs they didn't mention but this last one is speculation. Also, if you confirm they pulled the HW team its obvious there's enough crossover here to imply they will borrow whatever they need to. It's common sense, Yoshi and SE need XVI to be a success and SE is obviously resource sharing because as a business they need to minimize costs and maximize value.
Those are mentioned under Core Development team.

Actually us complaining about this specifically will only drive them to be more undercover and less willing to share information with us, so I think its more productive to focus on just there not being enough engaging content per patch cycle and that the cycles feel too repetitive.
Variant dungeons failed for a very dumb reason, there was nothing too wrong with the content, its just noone designed appealing rewards to repeat it... That's legit it. Extremely sad because a lot of effort when into that just to flop the last detail, which development wise couldn't have been harder to implement than the whole variant system.... Just some nice looking rewards..... But to the player it's obvious these dictate whether the content is worth doing or not. The rate of players doing it all but confirms it.
