It's almost like different people want different things, and that some people are going to complain if relics are a fate grind while others will if it's a tomestone dump. (this is not to say that both options are equally healthy for the game, just that different people will complain about different things) Personally, I would have liked it if the relic grind was an actual grind, and had it been an enjoyable one, you wouldn't see me here complaining about it.
Also, I hate this idea that people should be compelled to announce when they like things or else they're 'too negative'. I'm not obligated to tell random strangers on a game forum that I love x, y, or z, nor is any of my criticism any less valid if I don't sugarcoat it with a "but I really liked this part". There are parts of the game I like, two examples would be Pandaemonium's story and raiding in general. However, I don't feel like I have an obligation to bring that up when I want to make a criticism on a forum designed for that very purpose. The forums are made for feedback, and I will give the feedback I wish to give. If SE amazes me with something, perhaps I'll make them a thread telling them that they did a good job, but I don't give praise freely in an attempt to seem less negative. I'm not here to be best friends with the developers, or you. I'm here to give honest and potentially negative feedback. If I feel like mentioning something I liked, I will do so when I feel it's the right occasion for doing so. Hopefully that will be 6.4.
It's the same mentality of the "just wait until next patch" defense. They're kicking the can down the road so they can ignore it now. If we ever reach that point where we can start complaining, it'll get just moved further down so they can use the same defense again.
Endwalker not being over does not make assessments on how it's gone so far unfair. If the last few patches cause it to take a 180, then people's opinions may be changed. It is not unfair to have an opinion on Endwalker's patches as of now as you can always change your mind later.
If you're only given a small amount of content, you can spread it as thin as you like, but you still only have been given a small amount of content. 5 hours of gameplay (just a random number, not the actual amount) is still 5 hours of gameplay, even if you take 2 months to complete it. If I take 6 months to complete every Variant dungeon path, it's not suddenly more content than the person who did it in the first week.
