[Request] Add a collectable appraiser NPC in the Crystalline Mean

Given the new Splendorous Tool questline in the Crystalline Mean requires a lot of white scripts, it would be very helpful if a collectable appraiser NPC can be located in the Crystalline Mean area. Currently there is a Scrip Exchange NPC but no NPC for appraising collectables like there is in Eulmore. Currently if I want to purchase a lot of items from Quinnana (the Splendorous Tool Exchange NPC) at the same time, I have to purchase the items I can with the current scrips that I have, teleport to Eulmore to get the next batch of collectables appraised, teleport back to the Crystarium, use the aetheryte to the Crystalline Mean and repeat. Or if I have the Airship unlocked between Eulmore and Crystarium, take the Aetheryte to the Amaro Launch, talk to the Aspiring Amaro tamer and select Eulmore, get the next batch of collectables appraised, talk to Lereberd to be taken back to the Crystarium, take the Aetheryte to the Crystalline Mean and repeat. Either way, it would feel much better if there is an appraiser in the same vicinity as Quinnana; even if the appraiser NPC is right next to the Scrip Exchange NPC in the Crystalline Mean area (which there is currently room for).

If you've done the custom deliveries in Eulmore, there's a free ride from the Amaro fliers in the Crystarium to Eulmore and back. Not that having an appraiser at the Mean proper wouldn't be nice, but at least you've got a freebie option.

If you had read my post, you would have realized that I did mention about the unlock between Eulmore and the Crystarium. And it's more of a hassle than just teleporting directly between the two. since you are dealing with multiple local aetherites and extra npc choices. But lore-wise I would be fine if they added the npc once you have unlocked the Eulmore appraiser NPC; that is a pre-requisite to the Splendorous Tool questline.

It's a missed opportunity for sure but I guess it was spread out to make both cities viable. It's why you won't find a mb in eulmore but will in crystarium.

yeah well, nobody really cares about that, its just annoying to have to teleport back and forth all the time.
