Keep the chair it’s just a funny joke.

I rarely post in the forums but to be honest I want to be part of history in witnessing this comedy show.

Touch grass, it’s just a bunch of pixels in a screen. This entire thread serves as a case in point for why adding a chair like this could very easily cause problems, especially labelled as it is. Absolutely rampant with people trolling and taking the piss, expressing their bigotry instead of actually contributing to the conversation. Because either it's all a joke to them, they don't see the problem and feel hellbent on ensuring those who do are forced to change their minds, or are so far up their own asses they'll just trot out the same old tired bullshit as always without a second thought instead of opening themselves to another viewpoint outside their lived experiences. Bright side, a topic like this that really shouldn't be as contentious as it is, in the ways that it is means there's lots of people saying stuff that's 100% actionable if the forum moderators are at all like the GM team in-game.
Oh, also- love the gaslighting and victim blaming going on that totally isn't 1:1 with the kind of targeted harassment I've seen leveled at the LGBT community for decades, right down to the "jokes" about lalafells being pedophiles...
I, too, love equating people making fun of a race in a fantasy video game with real world bigotry that gets people murdered.
This isn't to say that people shouldnt be bothered about being called "pedophiles" or "groomers" as a joke, don't get me wrong.
As a lalafell player, I find it hilarious that there are people who get mad over the item IN THE VIDEO GAME. I see absolutely nothing wrong with that item, miqo'te have a similar one.
I sincerely offer to all those offended people to touch the grass and care about something better than just an item in the game.

2. When playing as a Lala, it's unlikely that you'll face negative comments outside of eRP/RP scenarios. These individuals are like the Twitter LGBTQ+ community of FF14, as they view the game as their second life and often sexualize characters. As a result, they may find Lala characters uncomfortable and exclude them from their kink world.
Those lalakarens. Lol Some people have no problems in their life.
I love the chair and it's perfect for my lalafell's house.
This lol. So many people have their panties in a bunch because I had the audacity to provide feedback... in a feedback forum. Where there are similar requests like "Can you change this quest title to this word instead?" or "Can you change the name of this fate to this instead?" As far as I'm concerned, they're taking their own "jokes" and "touch grass" far more serious than meThis entire thread serves as a case in point for why adding a chair like this could very easily cause problems, especially labelled as it is. It's why I've mainly been engaging those looking for actual discussion or good opposing points (Which I will accept with grace). I could easily refute so many of them but I would rather not waste my time on people who come in on bad faith and are looking to pick a dumb internet fight.
I listen when there's something worth having a talk about. I report the particularly nasty harassing posts and go about my day.
Are the lalas still throwing their toys out of the pram cause of the chair?
