It wasn't directed at you... I said that if you, or anyone else, felt like keeping that information private, they can do so with the steps I posted. I didn't mean to imply you had anything to hide, nor did I intend to word that in a hostile manner. Like I said in my previous post, I quoted you because you were the one who brought up the fact first, and just used it as an example. I also ended up supporting your main argument by pointing out two examples.

I will retract and delete my original post, if it makes you feel better. I just think you inferred and assumed what my intent was, and responded a bit defensively over something that wasn't meant to be an attack.

Have a good day as well.

It just didn't "bother" people because they were spread out. And moogles have been the staple mascot for Final Fantasy since the beginning if you wanna count outside game influences. They even have an extra sidequest with the postmail moogle to get a rare glamour item. So yes, the moogles have appeared more than the moon bunnies.
A huge chunk as to why a lot have a problem with the Moogles is due to how annoying they are in their own quests. Along with how much of a slog it feels to clear off every side quest in the Churning Mists. A requirement for the completion of most of those if all you want to do is unlock their tribal quests. I love the moogles and yet any time I would get the one daily that had you use the slap emote on that one moogle it I enjoyed it. Only due to how irritable said moogle is during that quest. You can even have a moogle conduct your Eternal Bonding ceremony.

The Loporrits on the other hand have shown up in some fashion in every seasonal event since 6.0 dropped. Normally off to the side after you've completed the event or in small optional cutscene. For me it's fine as it shows them exploring the planet and wanting to try and understand those who inhabit it better. Currently if you have the right triggers for it you can see Puddingway, Sleepingway, a third Loporrit, Alpha and Omega enjoying two varieties of dongo.

I sure do love King Moogle Mogg. The epitome of darkness.

Not to get too snide, but I feel like OP's attitude is what the Dark Knight questline was explicitly mocking in HW (50/60), which is funny since those were apparently the olden days of grimdark goodness where there was no goofiness and "narratives for babies."

Too much comedic stuff in current content => ??? => all must be grimdark!!!

Typical sith & forum poster response. Don't know why comedic stuff has to appear in almost every new questline though

Will put you on ignore if you can't form a logical argument but argue nonetheless

War is, in fact, the name of a game which children do, indeed, play. This is also true in Final Fantasy, where, in 8, the orphange scene depicts excitement about the prospect of playing War amongst the children (all this despite being in the middle of the Sorceress War).

My reply was in response to someone else saying FF14 has always been kid friendly. The "War" and its related themes, was a reference to SB, and and the Chemical weapon intended and used for genocide/militant purposes being that weapon that shall not be named, used in a certain side quest.

First thing I noticed as well. He probably thinks the world revolves around him and his opinion too.
