Loporrit rank-up thoughts!
ALC's crafter task is, of course, to make paints!
The mural's got some interesting details. The depiction of the moon is broadly correct in terms of structure, although has some weird elements (I don't know what the purple blob is, and... I think there's a robot loporrit there?), and I do find it neat that they gave the face sunglasses; I've seen that before, in Mario, so I wonder if that's a greater cultural thing or more classic reference I'm not aware of. Meanwhile, the actual planet is WAY off! They've depicted the Tower of Babil, but it's on an island instead of a larger landmass. I guess the loporrits doing art therapy probably weren't the ones studying geography. And then there's the flock of bluebirds, which... huh. There's a few places they could've gotten that imagery; I wonder which one's true. And there's this funny purple splotch left of the moon that seems to be around where the birds are coming from; I wonder if that means anything, or if it's just a for-fun splash of color.
Counselingway's plight is a really interesting one, although I'm now starting to notice the absence of the Garlean refugees. I'm not going to call the story bad for ignoring them, because I actually do think this is a worthwhile angle that doesn't really work with them being an active element, but... yeah, I kinda do want to bring them in sometime! Maybe have them be an additional requirement and element for the allied tribe quest? That's already a big ask, to the point where asking for the role quest capstone to also be done doesn't feel too extra. Surely the sort of person who's taken the time to do all three tribe quests to maximum is also the sort of person to do all the role quests, right?
