Well, they are supposed to launch new EU DC so who knows... like if they use the current game and limit the content to ARR and unlock it gradually representing patches. Starting with ilvl 50 all the way up It would not be original but I doubt the original thing is desired that much...

And then ARR relic farming but at level 50 :P Grand Company gear BiS at some patch, running sanctions...
