Most new players probably don't even have reason to unlock Mhach, Ivalice, or Nier is the other issue. Sure Moogle tomestone will come around and try to support at least one of those but BLU annihilates Moogle tomestone events anyway which again means this all gets to just sit and rot until something requires them again.
Really hoping those become mandatory in the coming days. Mhach you can easily see due to the current storyline. Perhaps Ivalice will become mandatory for next expansion's raid tier or something.
