It would be cool if they encourage players to do Endwalker and Shadowbringers FATES. I know its not everyone's cup of tea; but the motivation is there for those who struggle to unlock the bi-color shops which gives a lot of goodies! I know a lot of my FC members have a hard time doing them, but I think if its apart of the relic; it would be more motivating, and people can do it together. So crossing my fingers maybe its one of the steps.
Really hoping those become mandatory in the coming days. Mhach you can easily see due to the current storyline. Perhaps Ivalice will become mandatory for next expansion's raid tier or something. Most new players probably don't even have reason to unlock Mhach, Ivalice, or Nier is the other issue. Sure Moogle tomestone will come around and try to support at least one of those but BLU annihilates Moogle tomestone events anyway which again means this all gets to just sit and rot until something requires them again.
playing since 2.0 , this expansion and patch is the most disappointing moment I have ever had in this game
I am not sure what this game’s dev is doing right now
Don’t tell me take a break from this game , I already did. When so many player have the same feeling , Dev is the one who should be aware
I’d say the only patch worse than this current leg of crap patches was 3.1 and if you are being compared to 3.1 you have done something very very wrong with your patchplaying since 2.0 , this expansion and patch is the most disappointing moment I have ever had in this game

Yeah, but that fish window spawned just for you. Stinks when you are trying to get the Silskor questline in EQoA and you step away to use the restroom and the stupid questgiver spawns and someone scoops it up before you get back. It still blows my mind that there was a time when even the questgiver NPCs were super rare spawns that only give one person the quest in the server. Man, what a time!
What's worse is 3.1 you could understand the slew of mistakes made. Heavensward was not only the first expansion but the first time they didn't have anything partially built from 1.0. Which is why the dev team was given time off as they pretty much worked non-stop from ARR to the release of 3.1. Of course, that doesn't mean they're absolved from criticism as some decisions in 3.1 were downright baffling (Lord of Verminion comes to mind) but you at least understand it.
6.3 and all its subsequent minor patches has no such excuse. Four expansions in and repeated boasting about record sales and player numbers should translate into a much better overall product than your first attempt. One could argue it makes this patch cycle worse because they should be not only more experienced but have the financial backing to do better. Naturally, we can't entirely fault the dev team here as Square Enix dictates where said finances are going. On the whole, 6.3 may not be the worst patch cycle but I dare say it's the most disappointing.

Honestly this patch is constantly reminding me how sad I was when they said there would be no exploration zones, just oof.
And probably will miss 6.4 and 6.5 due to work so it kinda feels bitter to play now with not much to bite
they got lazy or moved everyone to finish ff16. this is the most boring xpac ive played. i would rather go back to ARR at this point. hopefully they stop listening to whiny afk limsa players for 7.0 and bring back content that takes more than 5 min.
Nothing is stopping you from playing ARR again.
