To be fair at my post I don't count trading zodiac weapon and do dungeon because my point mostly about how the poetics spent, but sure I'm wrong at that one point.

I mean few steps of original anima used poetics, there was 10 million different ways to achieve most steps on old anima and generally very few included dumping poetics (except for some very specific steps which required a hell of alot of poetics)

Current anima doesn’t even remotely match the old anima

My perspective about these poetics are just a start, the final step of this relic could be something diferent. At some point is really diferent, wernot going to a fate or doing infinite quests like zeta. Even if they create something, it wont change mtuch cause everything will be like : Quest, fates, poetics (grind new coins). This game is all about those, and i agree...relics are for those who dont enjoy do savage or ultimate.

Savage and ultimate are like dungeon + of wow, few "elites" players do the content, and casual gamers do other things. Besides, where are those so self entitled elites (whales) who could carry the mmo alone (so mutch money, so rich that they alone can pay all company incomes), wen blizz lost money cause loss the casual player base? Where are those who love chalenges, who dont bought FFO: Strangers in Paradase game (inspired in dark souls), a game that like it seens, dont have many players playing it?!

It would make raiders mad. It was never meant to be better or equivalent. Relics have traditionally become the best weapon only at the very end of the cycle just before the next expansion.

Didn't you use tomestones for the first ARR relics to buy items to upgrade them on the first stages.

Tons of casual players buy crafted gear when it launches. They do care about ilvl.

because they are locked out of roulettes and alliance raids, if there was no ilvl lock, youd see people with the free lv89 gear in the newest raids

I don't want to call them lazy, but apparently there are players that prefer this to exploratory areas on top of rewards and gil you can obtain just from playing in them.

Hi yes, that's me. Hated both Eureka and Bozja and much prefer not having an exploratory zone tied to the relic.

I mean the instant fight was fun and I normally hate playing another class/character.

Forget BST, after that fight I want the next limited job a'la BLU to be MDV: Manderville.

And then have low level people chase high level mobs to die and Spam /shout Rez Pls Omg <pos>.

Where's the merit in that?


A great time I'd do without, it's just a shame it's an easy version of Relics HW.

As the relics were free and it's just a matter of farm time that he offers it to us like this why not, even if it shortens the content.
