And very much unlike prior to ShB. I can only guess as to why they decided to reverse it. Perhaps they hoped it would provide yet another incentive for people to play DoH/L?

Tbh my biggest gripe is how we have overall less rewards. For Stormblood each tribe gives a mount, an emote, a minion and a glamour. Some, like Ananta, gave two mounts! Plus the emote from the allied quest. For shb we did not get a glamour, nor emotes for each tribe. Only a mount. And no allied quest (they gave that lame excuse but tbh I don't buy it). With Endwalker, we follow on the ShB path regarding rewards... Which is extremely lame, given that the glamour/emote used to be my favorite thing about tribes.
