I sort of remember doing these for my WAR weapon, and IIRC it was mostly "do roulettes for poetics" and blitzing through dungeon/trials unsynced, which obviously you can't do on content.
Launch anima doesn’t even remotely resemble current anima to the point they may as well be different relics

Launch anima was a long brutal grind with many different requirements of many different items from many different sources, you needed crafters, gatherers, beast tribe currency, you needed to learn that you would have to do ARF more times than you ever cared to do

Current anima is just a dumping ground for your eureka poetics
