What was shown in the character portraits is beyond what modders can do with the base game even on a shader level...anyone can tell you that. Yeah modders can make textures look nice...but they don't have a PBR tied to them or soft shadows that's without even seeing the material work for the environment yet or even the lighting adjustments...modders can do some things but to say they have done that always is laughable at best. The only thing they're ahead on is putting hats on races that can't wear them.

Honestly they could watch people who work in character design and environmental art with degrees and experience in the field tell you its beyond what modders can do and still be in their denial phase so I am used to it XD
