I love the comments blaming players who "asked" for this.

If you're a professional multi-billion dollar gaming company with decades of experience and the best you can do is "farm 1500 tomes" because a handful of players "told you to", you don't deserve customers. You should be capable of making a good game by yourself, like thousands of other gaming companies out there are perfectly capable of doing.

I do not think we even need such milestone and money to even come up at least something for this relic step, let alone a repeat of the first.

I will say ARR is my least enjoyable relic but they could have taken even a tiny spec from that or from HW as an example.
