Unable to log in to Character

I'm unable to log in due to being Suspended during Savage content (yes stung with 3rd party stuff But hey we learn), I have been told that my account stayed logged in during the time i was suspended. Why I wasn't moved to the in-game Goal system or removed from the instance before i was banned is beyond me.
On the log in screen, it still says I'm in that place Normally it would changed if the instance has expired which it hasn't.

Down the bottom it tells me to Name change before I log in, which I'm unable to do due to my OC being off its home world (sephirot) as it is currently on Sophia.

But since I was disconnected during the Fight it won't let me head back to a safe place to log in and is blocked by a forced name changed which can't happen while I'm not on my Home world.

Literally have soft locked my character and the simple fix is just to move her back to Limsa or even just Remove her from P6S. It's been well over a week now.

Move her either out of The Pestilent Purgatory. Or return her to the home world so i can name change.

i have raised a ticket with the support team but they seem to either not understand the issue or Read. (t22584180 is the ticket number)
