Have u ever got a compliment from stranger about how good your character/glam looks?

Quite a few. I used to give compliments too to characters i thought were well done but a lot of people seem to have mistaken my compliments on their character as a try to get into their in game p*nties and they went all aggro on me so i stopped giving compliments.

i did get called cute once. and someone said i had 'good fashion'. so that's nice i guess.

You say that like tome gear can't be cool itself. Some of those designs are great. Also, other gear doesn't somehow become less significant for being glamoured over tome gear.

Same for dungeon gear – those sets are some of the best sources for glamour, and doubly so if you don't want to be wearing the same generic glamour pieces as everyone else.

I think you're more likely to get compliments over those kinds of gear, not less.

Some tome gear is really nice to the point I don't glamor over them. Like the current healing and casting. Though I got enough stuff from the current 24 man to do my silly idea of dying both to close enough color scheme of the opposite set. The most recent compliment was for the glowy set from Pandeamonium. Only cause the person was a sprout. I had my casters glamored into the 6.1 set for awhile. I just don't see my attire as cute or cool looking. I'm just glad I don't have random male Viera giving me pats anymore.

The last few times I've gotten random tells about my chara looking cute have been some very weird comment using penguins.

Quite often! Most recently for my warrior glam, which is done to have a feminine, modest look while still appearing to be very battle ready. Scorpion Harness, Raptorskin Skirt, Dodore boots, and bug chunky gloves, paired with the OG relic axe zeta.

I surprisingly get them quite often, which baffles me because I see so many other people who REALLY have a knack for the Glamour Games.

I've gotten compliments and given them! If I see a fantastic glam, especially one that seems like a really creative combination of pieces, it costs me nothing but a few seconds to send a tell that might put a smile on someone's face.

Haha, yes! With last year’s Moonfire Faire outfit, I got so many commendations and compliments in parties because of how hot my Elezen looked in it, especially swinging her Reaper scythe and such.

A lot but I usually ignore nor block them.

Every time I replied to them, they start to flirt with my character for no reason at all.
