If you think about it, the answer isn't really "remove Praetorium" - its 'make the cutscenes within it skippable'.

There's a reason those aren't skippable anymore; there was a charm to that past, but it's best left in the past- that dungeon was hugely problematic when the cutscenes were skippable.
