I am posting my ticket that I submitted on the forums because my 7 emails to storesupport@us.square-enix.com have gone unanswered. I ordered an item specifically for a code, I received the item and there is either no code or the code that it came with is not valid because it's not working when I enter what looks to be the code into the item code field in the MogStation. Please help me get this resolved.
