Cant get to Airship in Ul'dah To accept black wolfs ultimatum quest

I finished the quest. Escape from castrum centri and left the landing bay in ul'dah and came back online later to find that I could not go back to that area behind the airship landing to speak with Minfillia to accept the quest. I tried to go to Gridiana by airship to see if it would put me back next to the airship but it teleports you out past the gate. I've seen multiple people post about this and have seen no help so far. Please fix this.

Have you tried searching around near the gate at the airship ticket counter in Ul'dah? If there is not an npc that appears there to send you back over the gate, instead there should be a targetable glowing spot on the gate or next to it that should warp you back to the other side of the gate where Minfilia and the Enterprise is, or at least, that's what I remember (that spot disappears once you proceed with the quest and the NPCs move on).

i found out it was an option at the very bottom of the list on an npc(which i assumed was a dungeon) and square enix didnt tell me this because they thought it would be game breaking i havent been able to progress until now thank you have a good day/night
