Eta Aquariids Engine
After the meteor shower associated with Halley's Comet. This would be fitting; since we are in the midst of a meteor event.

Compiled all ideas (serious and otherwise) at the OP. Keep em coming!

I don't know how I feel about using terms for it that have little involvement with the game itself.
Something symbolic like, pertaining to rebirth would be a good idea imo. I like Zells choices. Legacy and Phoenix. Legacy, for those who stuck through the hardships of the game, getting to tell all those about how the game used to be. Phoenix being the rebirth of a game that rises from the ashes.
Might be a little corny, but I'm really partial to combining the two for the "Phoenix Legacy Engine" or PLE for short. just my two cents anyway. >.>

Magitek Engine
New World Engine
Fantasy Engine
XIV Engine
Reraise Engine
Machina Engine
WoWen SucksGine

Awesome suggestions... and I personally liked "Legacy" and XIV... or did Mudd really mean "X|V" Engine? (Cuz that's the new logo theme). A couple suggestions I'd like to add are:
Rapture (yes, again... or just Rapture Engine 2.0)
Dalamud (not "Dalamud engine"...just "Dalamud". Has a sinister ring to it)
Kusanagi Engine (Since all the servers are named after legendary weapons?)
Ultima Engine
Kupo Engine
Hydaelyn
Ouranos Engine (taken from the Chocobo tale "The Tragic Ride of Ouranos")
The Twelve Engine
"After ten years, finally headed to Sharlayan... absolutely stoked"
