If a personal house is limited to 1 House per World, we should have an option to "Share Personal Housing with All Characters on World". Thus, if you buy a Personal House with "Player One@Behemoth", then make that 'Personal' House be personal to the Player, not the Character, so that it -also- belongs to "Player Two@Behemoth" and "Player Three@Behemoth". This still makes the rule honored--only 1 actual house owned on the World by the Service Account, but the Player can use it will -all- of their characters (if they so choose).
This could be done as an option in the Housing menu, too, along the lines of "Share Private House with Full Service Account [Yes/No]" so players can choose to enable it if they wish.
Furthermore, using this, since Private Rooms can be bought in FC owned houses, allow us to enable this option on Personal homes too, so that it is owned by the Player, and each Character can have their own 'Private Room'. The code/space/functionality is already there--just enable it on personal homes. As with my previous point, this could also be an option, but only if the house is shared. "Enable Private Rooms [Yes/No]", again so players can choose to enable it if they wish.
This way, a Player who has made four different characters of a 'family' can all have a 'family' home together, and the 'members' of the family can have their own 'bedroom'/'office'/etc. Thus, this would allow a player with eight characters on a world to have a single house to share with them all.
