I've noticed this a couple times, it seems to be associated with the /doze command being unsure where a bed is? Or where the top of the bed is? Anyone see this? TIA Shooter

There are VERY few things that the game views as a bed and will let you lie down, for a number of very specific reasons that we won't get into in public.... mostly because laying down tends to lead to things that might not be the best to be doing in public.
And push-ups in sitting people's crotches don't?
We can play dead to lie down though, but it costs xD
did u try this on housing? or just in public place?
if it's in housing, you probably accidently walk trough a furniture and it cause a bug.
Housing... and it's the same bed in apt, and another in private quarters.. diff is that i use two of them in quarters.. There does seem to be some correlation between walking/falling through the top of a bed so constructed, and not being able to sleep, but instead standing after /doze - same place. Looking for anecdotal infos, and thanks. Shooter

Some beds are singles, others are doubles. As in, a singles bed only has one /doze position, while a doubles has two which are side by side.Housing... and it's the same bed in apt, and another in private quarters.. diff is that i use two of them in quarters.. If your character is within the "hit box" of a bed, no matter which way you are facing or if you are at the "foot" of the bed, a /doze while cause you to position onto the closest /doze position (in the case of a doubles bed, the one of the two positions that you are closest too, even if someone eles is already on that position) and go through the laying down/sleep animation at the "head" of the bed. Within the hit box means that you are standing or sitting on the bed, or very close/touching it.
Once dozing on the bed, you can /cpose to cycle through your race's different sleep positions.
If your character is not within the bed's hit box, then /doze will likely cause you to do the nodding off while standing animation.
If your character has in some way caused a glitch with the bed furnishing (like you can walk right through it as if it wasn't there or such), then toggle on and then off the Housing Menu, and/or exit the house, private chambers, or inn and re-enter it to clear up any glitches.
Due to the special relation to the /doze emote and a housing bed, you can use the various furnishing "glitches" to make spots where one can sleep, that doesn't appear to be a bed, such as positioning a bed under a table, for various role play scenes of laying on a table or such.
One can also "slide" beds into each other, and at different positions, to make a sleeping area with several sleep positions for a sleep over.
A good trick is to take a large two person bed, like a Glade Canopy Bed, slide three Futon Mattress beds into it at three angles, then "hide" the ends of the Futon Mattress' with Fat Cat Sofas.... You get a huge fluffy plushy bed that can sleep 5 and sit 6![]()

I fail to how sleeping on the ground turns it into an MA game when the same degens are the ones that would do it.
Online interaction isn't rated btw.
