When the game crashes, are there any specific error messages that appear? Does it happen immediately after the login queue count has dropped to zero and is loading you into the game?

Usually, we recommend that FINAL FANTASY XIV be installed on the primary drive of the PC (C: drive) as having it elsewhere can cause certain issues to occur. If possible, I would definitely recommend uninstalling and reinstalling there instead, if you have the available space.
