Allow players to join multiple FCs

So something I did kind of liked about ESO (so far) is allowing you to join multiple Guilds.

I wish we had that feature here, imagine the ability of multiple Free Companies forming a alliance of sorts.

I have thought of something similar before, but then I asked myself: "What would be the point of multiple linkshells?"
Linkshells and cross-world linkshells are essentially FCs but without the buffs and the house.
