Revert the damage reduction

If you post within character limit and then edit, you can circumvent the 3000 character limit.

1.) Write what you want.
2.) Mark and Ctrl + X to cut out what is too much.
3.) Post, then edit, then Ctrl + V to paste back in what you were missing.

Gonna have to agree with that reduction. I played reaper and was living through things I KNOW I HAD NO RIGHT TO LIVE THROUGH. Like bruh melee dps get the best of both world. Able to dish that damage and damn near almost as tanky as a tank with all the harassment.

reaper is disgustingly op now if you know how to use the kit correctly
