This is one of the most overlooked points.

The people saying the game has so much stuff to do, are people that have only played for 2 years or don't play the game much overall.

People that play XIV as their main game, have finished a majority of the games content and want more content to do.

Starting the game now, would be overwhelming. Two years down the track, the endgame would seem bland.

My god this is what i have been trying to say for sometime now. Its amazing how a few lousy patches is starting to open everyones eyes and people are finally stepping off the hamster wheel. A little innovation for long time players seems to be asking too much.
