PSO2: Creative Space - What fully instanced in FFXIV could possibly look like

Please SE, just introduce fully instanced housing for every player:

Every player in PSO2 will get:
One full sized space with all its features for free
Premiums get a second instanced space in case they wanted two for some reason

The land in Creative Space can be terraformed as well

Keep existing ward housing for the players who want to fight it out for exclusive/flex houses or whatever.

I have a feeling though, majority of players would prefer, fully instanced housing, like PSO2's Creative Space that every player can get.
