That is strange, I just always put nearest enemy on ~. I would submit a bug report on that one accepting that you don't accidentally have tab set to another function somewhere else.

This idea helped me, I really didn't think changing the button and changing it back would do anything, I even considered it before, but now I did and suddenly it works, even though nothing else was bound to Tab.. : O
