Most Mogstation items are made by Shanda Games for the Chinese version, and then simply ported over to the rest of us.
It's not like SE are wasting resources on this, but they are paying for them, so we do too.

Do you have solid source for this? As far as I know, everything in the game made by CBU3 and have to go through them, publisher have zero capability of producing any in-game related stuff.

Literally all of the Mogstation items that come out in China several months before they come out in the worldwide version of the game?
All of the mounts and glam sets that very clearly don't fit in with the rest of the stuff we get?

Mechanical Lotus, Peacock, Magicked Carpet, Nezha Chariot.
Maybe Ceruleum Balloons? Not sure on that one.

Everything is coming from CBU3, no other company have the access to their property except Sqex, let alone producing a product from it.

it wont have the red blade but it is just the HW eikon tome weapon for RDM
