when the crash happened, can you still have access to internet? like browsing?

i have the same problem too for the last few days. the game always dc right after i login my character. like i cant use my skill or long loading when i click my fc house's door. its like im lagging, then few min later, got the same error or game crash

I realized that when this happened, i can't even have access to internet when browsing for some time.
