it literally just started yesterday i did nothing different. except download and install a old game that has nothing to do with ff14. this is driving me crazy. its happening consistently in all instanced areas the word freezes and then everything go's a million miles and hour to catch up and i die or it just straight up d/cs me and i have to wait to get back in.

i straight up cant play this game as it is right now even in my island sanctuary i cant play cause it does the same thing. idk what to do. i have changed nothing and this is happening my internet is fine no problems there. any help would be appreciated
