Thank you for providing us with the system report. Does your PC currently have Microsoft Edge installed? If so, it might help to try adjusting the following settings in Edge before attempting to run the launcher:

- In Microsoft Edge, click the "Settings" option on the top right of the browser (under the three dots). Go to "Privacy, Search and Services" and go to the "Tracking Prevention" section. Make sure this is turned on and select the "Balanced" option.

Additionally, I'd recommend running the game as an administrator and checking your antivirus programs either have the appropriate exceptions made for the game or have been disabled. You can re-enable the program after testing if the issue persists. It might also help to run a clean boot of the PC by opening your Task Manager, navigating to the 'Start Up' tab and disabling all applications listed there. Afterward, restart the PC and re-attempt to run the game.
