glamour...stuff. frustration? idk just venting byee

other than the same ol' i really wish glamours and collections etc could be shared across the whole account like wow and probably gw2 does their achievements and mounts and pets and etc etc which is super awesome and if i could buy one glam off the mog station and have access to it on all my characters that'd be super poggy woggy and i'd be 1023402385902385023 times more willing to drop tons of cash on the mog station,

looking at the makai glamours from gold saucer - even if you got them back when it was from doing pvp, doesn't matter how you got it, same thing regardless - i kinda realized. if you like the model for a piece, like the shorts or boots or flower or butterfly, it's....a mess. restricting glamours to classes/jobs really needs to go bc of reasons like it clogs up space in the glamour dresser...which is fine /now/ bc they increased the amt of glamours the dresser can hold, but like...we still have only so many plates. so if you like the shorts and boots look and you want to have it as a look generally,

well it sucks bc you can only have the look on certain classes unless you buy 2-3 more pairs of the boots and shorts and make 2-3 more extra plates just to use the same /appearance/ so you're even more limited on the glamour plates you have free for other glamours. idk man. it's just really inconvenient, a lot of things about the glamours n stuff in this game.

i love ffxiv. but like. can you pls let us enjoy certain things better. like glamours. particularly the makai glamours i guess? because those ones just bloat the inventory/storage using the same exact look, making less room in the glamour plates if you really wanna be able to wear it whenever. idk man

i like how in gw2 you collect a piece and it's yours to use however you want, i think, and it doesn't take any space in your own personal storages anywhere bc it's a collection system thingy. i think wow does that too. it's just a yes or no tic if you have it or not?

which if they used a system similar too that it could easily expand across other collectibles accountwide probably. titles, achievements, minions, mounts, glamours, orchestions, emotes. please. please. having more than one character for /whatever/ reason just fEELS BAD. bc even orchestrions are a pain in the butt to make again bc crafting is skdjfaksmdfkal not *hard* but just *so many things to keep track of i hate it here*

ALSO dyes should be able to be stored in the glamour dresser somehow???? i think??? so you can?? you know?? and it doesn't take up inv space??? or wherever you store it? that'd be nice. then as you're making your glams you don't have to back out and run to grab the dye and do it again-.

squadrons in command missions could use an a.i. overhaul too can they please be smarter like the trust party a.i. bc *jeezums*

square give me simple things i will give you extra money if you let me enjoy having alts better
and also alleviate some silly glamour-based bc why do the gold saucer version of the makai glamours still have class restrictions you could literally delete like 20 pieces of data if you just consolidated the pieces into one thing everyone can wear and i don't even mean the male/female specific pieces either
also that's so much mgp i have to dump for a single appearance? and why do the gunbreaker and reaper glamours have the same price as other pieces that share the appearance with more than one class/job? I DONT KNOW MAN

i think the makai only had class restrictions bc back in the day the pieces you got from pvp actually had stats on them before they decided to take stats off pvp glamours entirely so it's /only a glamour thing anymore/ but like

daggumit why arent the mgp versions dyeable i remembered the PVP ones being dyeable and forgor they didn't give the same option to asdklfnhnjwkalsdshgj kjaslasdl;'glsdfl; asldf i just wasted so much mgp i got to go somewhere

Boop, you can still get the dyeable versions of the Garo gear from PvP! The event is still going, you don't need to drop MGP on the inferior non-dyeable whites from Gold Saucer!

Moreover once you earned a job's Garo title, you can then buy that job's corresponding gear from the Calamity Salvager NPC in any of the three city states forever - no need to waste dresser space! The only exceptions are the accessoires which are universal and the Hero's Shield for some reason.
