1 House 1 FC per DC Only

Suggested as above, 1 house 1 FC ONLY per account per DC.

EDIT as raised questions:

You can only OWN one FC house per DC and 1 Private house on the DC you are on.

It would not restrict your alts being members of other FC's and even the one you own and run.


Also this would be the best time to add in these restrictions RIGHT now, or in the close close future as new servers is just around the corner, and people from other serves will make alts... funnel coin to them... buy more houses and FC's, so enough said.

You can't disagree with this suggestion either, not due to the lack of housing, as it would make no sense at all.

Our community needs to tell SE to get instanced housing in place and make this available so we can focus energy on improving the QoL instead of people building tents along the housing ward walkways. My God, they treat housing like we are in San Francisco or Los Angeles.

Thy said, if i remember right, that they can expand the number as needed. Not unlimited.
But people aren't satisfied with an apartment. I bet if they make apartments bigger with more item slots like requested the server load would go up and it becomes a lot less "unlimited".

Enforce it, by the ToS, simple easy and at least 7 other people will be happy per DC if not more, or render all stuff by the workshop no trade, likewise the gardens, and those few items needed for progression of eg, chocobos be sold by NPC's.

We need to stop suggesting more layers of bandaids to keep this sinking ship afloat, we need to instead push for a fix to the housing that involves enough supply for everyone.

A billion dollar corporation should be able to achieve this.

They can change the rules. I think people are more than willing to accept new ones. The issues comes is when you try and retroactively apply those to people who followed the rules and try and take something away.
