    Quest Bug - In game items lost

    Hi, can a mod please tell me if this issue can be fixed.

    My wife has being progressing through the ARR Zodiac weapon quests. She is at the last but one step the Zodiac upgrade.

    You have to complete 4 quests, and hand in the 4 quest rewards for this step of the upgrade.

    My wife has completed all 4 quests and has had in her inventory all 4 rewards at some point, but not all at the same time.

    I believe she spoke with Jalzahn about the upgrade whilst only having the Zodiac scroll in her possession, rather than saying "where are the other items, come back when you have them", it took the item. She went on to complete the other three quests, went back to Jalzahn thinking he would take the missing 3 items and complete the quest, but again he took the items and didn't update.

    This step is a massive time sink, gil sink and costs poetics too, it is absolutely soul crushing to think this needs to be re-done again. The game should not have accepted a partial submission and then forgot you had submitted them, especially given the very lengthy steps involved.

    Is it possible to have the 4 quest rewards return to her to allow the quest to upgrade the weapon, as she has legitimately put the time, effort, and gil into this endeavor. If so please DM me and I will give you her contact details.

You can have her contact a Game Master using the /supportdesk command for further assistance. Please be sure to have your wife contact them through her account for further assistance.
