Why??? I even was messing with the outside of my home at @Loki Blackthorne Marilith Lavender Beds Plot 10 Ward 14. How can your system not detect me messing with the home yet proceed to Demolish it! Even had to by Crysta cause gor some reason your system kept rejecting my card a dollar and you guys didn\\\\\\'t even refund my $2 for that neither when I had the funds! I have sent an in-game ticket for a GM and got only automated responses. I sent a ticket on the support site and got a automated response to come here. I have been playing since HW and I could never get a in-game home all these years.

I end up in the hospital and was in a financial crisis. Tried to use some spare change to come back and save my home and this happen. If this doesn\\\\\\'t get reversed. I am highly considering ending my subscription permanently.

That is BS, why their systems cannot detect that I am interacting with the housing system! How am I supposed to know that?

Also after 6 years of playing and trying to get a house cause of their screwed up system. To easily lose it just cause I didn't simply walk in the home, then I don't think I can stomach going through housing hell again. They cut content from me over such a miniscule thing and took the money. I think its time for my WoL to retire.

It's a good idea to keep up with the occasional news. Even in this one page it mentions entering your estate at least 3 or 4 times, not merely touching the yard. It sucks yes but the fine print is out there.

As well as keeping up with your timers tab. Demolition is listed ingame if it is scheduled on one's estate.

The constant news about it, the ingame demo timer, the e-mail that probably went to spam, and there was likely a housing tip pop-up when you first purchased maybe.

So that excuses their poor excuse of a system? I know I won't be the only one missing this small step. How about new players? This game is not the only game I play, I shouldn't need to have my nose in articles to a T everyday on one game to avoid a miniscule step and lose out on content that I worked hard to achieve! Interacting with the housing system should be enough.

It wasn't listed in-game anywhere at all. No notification nor when I checked my housing sign post it said anything. Nothing in customer support queries, nothing.

The only thing I got was an email of notification and I was under the assumption by fellow mates I just needed to login to keep the house.
