    Assuming your character is in 1 of the 3 main cities before you click on it-- are you able to try having them datacenter hop and log in to see if it has the same error?

    the chances of it being in a major city is slim. i was main scenario questing and it could be in between a city and whatever else, i have no idea. it's been about a week or so since i last played.

    do you mean to change the server from north america to south america? i can try that if it doesn't matter that my character was made on Sargatanas.
